We are running the Aviemore half marathon in aid of our charity, Medic One, on Sunday 12 October. I am the Chairperson of this charity and have encouraged 23 of my colleagues to run with me. We are aiming to raise at least £10,000 for this worthy cause.
We would be really grateful for your generous donations. Many folk have been training for months and have suffered injuries and pain... but we are still all determined to complete the race!
